All images (ray-traced or not) can be saved in PNG format using the File ->Save Image... item in the Main Menu. This format is directly readable by Power Point and can be easily converted into other formats. Images are always saved at the same resolution as the viewer window.

Labels

In order to show labels for a particular atom, select the Edit-> Show Labels... item (Figure 19).

After clicking on an atom, the following information will be shown:

·   Structure name

·   Amino acid name

·   Atom number

·   Atom type

·   B-factor

·   XYZ coordinates of the atom

You can manage the message panel and fix labels near selected atoms using Labels Wizard.

Distance

Open the Edit -> Show Distance... item of the Main Menu. Click on one atom and then click on another atom, and the distance between the selected atoms will appear on the screen.

Manipulating measurements can be done using the Distance Wizard .

H-bonds and Polar Contacts

To show H-bonds and polar contacts, select the Actions H-bonds... item of the Viewer Menu.

You will have the following options:

·   show H-bonds within the selected molecule

·   show H-bonds between atoms of the molecule and other outside atoms.
